1. Promotion Overview

The HolyPay Business Recommendation Reward Program (“Program”) rewards participants for recommending businesses that successfully join and remain active on the HolyPay platform.

For every eligible recommended business that joins HolyPay and remains active for at least 30 consecutive days, the eligible participant will receive $5 in HolyPay Cash.

2. How to Participate

To receive an entry:

     a. Complete and submit the HolyPay Business Recommendation form.

     b. Provide sufficient information for HolyPay to identify and contact the recommended business.

     c. The recommendation must be submitted before the business joins or begins registering for HolyPay.

     d. There is no limit to the number of eligible businesses you may recommend. 

Submitting a recommendation alone does not earn HolyPay Cash. The recommended business must meet all requirements described below.

3. When a Business Is Considered to Have “Joined”

For purposes of this Program, a recommended business is considered to have joined HolyPay only when it:

     a. Completes HolyPay’s registration, verification, and onboarding requirements.

     b. Is approved and activated on the HolyPay platform.

     c. Remains active and in good standing on the platform for at least 30 consecutive days following activation.

A business that only submits a registration form, begins onboarding, or creates an incomplete account will not be considered to have joined HolyPay.

HolyPay reserves the right to determine whether a business has successfully joined, remained active, and satisfied the Program’s requirements.

4. Eligible Recommendations

To qualify for the $5 HolyPay Cash reward, a recommendation must:

     a. Refer to a legitimate business.

     b. Be submitted in good faith.

     c. Include accurate and sufficient information to identify the business.

     d. Refer to a business that is not already active in the HolyPay App.

     e. Result in the recommended business joining HolyPay and remaining active for at least 30 consecutive days.

     f. Comply with these Official Rules.

5. Multiple Recommendations for the Same Business

Multiple participants may recommend the same business, and each eligible participant may receive $5 in HolyPay Cash if that business joins HolyPay and remains active for at least 30 consecutive days.

Each participant may receive only one reward for recommending the same business, regardless of how many times they submit that business.

Duplicate submissions from the same participant, as well as incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible submissions, may be combined or disqualified at HolyPay’s sole discretion.

The number of winners and prize amounts may vary from month to month.

6. HolyPay Cash Reward

Participants will receive $5 in HolyPay Cash for each eligible recommended business that completes the required 30-day active period.

HolyPay Cash will be added to the participant’s HolyPay account after the recommended business satisfies all Program requirements and HolyPay confirms eligibility.

HolyPay Cash may be used toward eligible transactions through HolyPay and is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

The participant must have an active HolyPay account to receive and use HolyPay Cash.

7. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in the Program.

Making a purchase does not increase the reward amount or affect whether a business recommendation qualifies.

8. Privacy

Information submitted through the Business Recommendation form may be used to:

     a. Administer the Program.

     b. Evaluate and contact recommended businesses.

     c. Confirm eligibility.

     d. Communicate with participants regarding their recommendations and rewards.

Information will be handled in accordance with HolyPay’s Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

By participating, you agree to:

     a. These Official Rules.

     b. HolyPay’s decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection, which are final.

     c. Allow HolyPay to contact you regarding your submission or HolyPay Cash reward.

HolyPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Any recommendations submitted before a modification or termination will be handled in accordance with the rules and conditions in effect at the time of submission, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Fraud and Abuse

HolyPay may withhold, reverse, or cancel HolyPay Cash if it determines that a recommendation, business account, or Program participation involved fraud, misrepresentation, manipulation, duplicate accounts, artificial activity, or any other abuse of the Program.

11. Limitation of Liability

HolyPay is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or technically malfunctioning submissions, or for interruptions, errors, or failures that may affect participation in the Program.
