1. Promotion Overview

The HolyPay Business Recommendation Giveaway (“Promotion”) gives participants the opportunity to earn entries into a monthly drawing by recommending businesses they would like to see join the HolyPay network.

2. How to Enter

To receive an entry:

     a. Complete and submit the HolyPay Business Recommendation form.

     b. Each eligible business recommendation earns one (1) entry into the current monthly giveaway.

     c. There is no limit to the number of eligible recommendations you may submit.

3. Eligible Recommendations

To qualify for an entry, a recommendation must:

     a. Include sufficient information to identify the business.

     b. Be submitted in good faith.

     c. Refer to a legitimate business.

     d. Comply with these Official Rules.

HolyPay reserves the right to determine whether a recommendation is eligible.

4. Duplicate Recommendations

Multiple recommendations for the same business may not qualify for additional entries.

HolyPay may limit, combine, or disqualify duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible submissions at its sole discretion.

5. Monthly Drawing

At the end of each monthly promotion period, one or more winners may be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month.

The number of winners and prize amounts may vary from month to month.

6. Prize

Winner(s) will receive a HolyPay Gift Card or another reward announced by HolyPay for that month’s giveaway.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided during submission.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period, or is determined to be ineligible, HolyPay may select an alternate winner.

8. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

9. Privacy

Information submitted through the recommendation form will be used to administer this promotion, evaluate business recommendations, and communicate with participants in accordance with HolyPay’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

By participating, you agree to:

     a. These Official Rules.

     b. HolyPay’s decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection, which are final.

     c. Allow HolyPay to contact you regarding your submission or prize if selected.

HolyPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require.

11. Limitation of Liability

HolyPay is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or technically malfunctioning submissions, or for any interruptions, errors, or failures that may affect participation in the Promotion.
